Counting of votes for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 was started at 8 am in Rajasthan. In the initial trends, a closed contest is being seen between Congress and BJP and Congress was seen only one seat behind BJP this time. Finally BJP won 14 seats and Congress + alliance 11 seats. Alliance candidates of Congress won by a big margin. It was considered as a big setback for BJP.

BJP’s Rao Rajendra Singh has won the Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha seat with a close margin. The election result was delayed for a long time due to a dispute over the results. Congress candidate’s demand for re-counting rejected, sat on dharna in Returning Officer’s room.

Sachin Pilot tweet and raised the demand for Jaipur Rural recounting.

Sachin Pilot said via tweet, ‘The way the administration has worked under pressure in the close contest in Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha constituency raises many questions. The counting process is under suspicion and the candidate and the party are complaining about it to the Election Commission. Many questions are being raised on the counting of postal ballots and stopping the result raises many doubts. I demand from the Election Commission that re-counting should be done on this seat with transparency’.

Ajmer Lok Sabha Election Result: BJP candidate Bhagirath Chaudhary defeated Congress candidate Ramchandra Chaudhary. He has won by 329991 votes. He got 7 lakh 41 thousand 151 votes. At the same time, Ramchandra Chaudhary of Congress got 413685 votes.

Youth face Ravindra Singh Bhati an independent candidate, got 567682 votes and reserved the second place.

Barmer Lok Sabha result: Rajasthan’s Barmer Lok Sabha result was discussed all over the country. With Ravindra Singh Bhati contesting the election, the contest became triangular. However, the victory of Congress’s India Alliance candidate Ummeda Ram Beniwal won by 120264 votes from this seat. Ummeda Ram Beniwal got total 687946 votes. The interesting thing is that BJP candidate Kailash Chaudhary was at number three with 281587 votes.
