Pranik Logistics applied for IPO DRHP filed

Pranik Logistics Ltd., a rapidly growing end-to-end logistics solutions provider in India, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an initial public offering (IPO) on the NSE Emerge platform. The company has partnered with Narnolia Financial Services Limited, a leading category 1 merchant banker in India, for this IPO.

Pranik Logistics, founded in 2015 by Pranav Kumar, has experienced significant growth, boasting a 65% p.a. growth rate over the past five years. The company supports major corporations such as Reliance, Nestle, and Tata and has established a wide network of warehouses and fleets across India.
