India will be biggest Economy by 2050 followed by US, China: Asle Toje

“India will be biggest economy in World by 2050 followed by China, United States” said Asle Toje the Deputy Leader of the Nobel Peace Prize Committee. Asle Toje made this statement during an event “Future Watch: The Emerging World Order” organized by the Pahle India Foundation (PIF) in New Delhi, India.

During his address, Toje referenced a PwC report that projected India’s economic growth trajectory. He expressed his belief that India is already a great power. He also predicted that it will play an even more significant role on the global stage in the future.

Toje also mentioned that India is poised to become a “juggernaut”.  And encouraged the nation to embrace a larger role as a propagator of peace in the world.

“Future Watch: The Emerging World Order” was a program organized by the Pehle India Foundation in Delhi, India. The event focused on discussing and analyzing the changing global landscape and the potential future world order.

A key highlight of the event was a presentation by Asle Toje. He predicted that India would be the world’s largest economy by 2050, followed by China and the United States.
