BMW India launched the all-new BMW 5 Series LWB

BMW India has officially launched the all-new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase, marking the debut of the 8th generation of this iconic luxury sedan in the Indian market.  This model boasts unparalleled space and luxurious comfort, promising a truly elevated driving experience.

BMW 8th Generation 5 Series luxury sedan

The 8th Generation BMW 5 Series luxury sedan comes in a long-wheelbase (LWB) avatar, making it the third LWB model from BMW in India after the 3 Series and 7 Series.

Key Highlights:

Price: The BMW 5 Series LWB has been launched at a price of Rs 72.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India), making it more expensive than the last-gen 5 Series but offering significant upgrades.

Variants and Colors: It is available in a single fully loaded version: 530Li M Sport, and comes in three color options: Carbonic Black, Mineral White, and Phytonic Blue.

Engine and Transmission: It is equipped with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 258 PS and is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Interior and Features: The new 5 Series features a modern and luxurious interior with a one-piece screen housing the cluster and infotainment system. It also boasts a spacious second row with all the expected creature comforts. Notable features include a panoramic sunroof, Bowers and Wilkins sound system, multi-zone climate control, interior camera, leatherette upholstery, wireless charger, phone mirroring, connected car technology, 360-degree camera, and various driver assistance systems.

Exterior Design: The exterior design of the new 5 Series has been refreshed with sharper cuts and a more rounded approach. It features BMW’s signature kidney grille, sleek LED headlamps, and 18 or 19-inch wheels. The rear has a sharper look with a thick bumper and wrap-around LED tail lamps.
